Before launching The CINC Group, Allen built and operated an accounting and tax practice, served as a Classification Analyst at CalPERS, and led multi-state training and consulting programs for veteran entrepreneurs through an SBA-funded Veterans Business Outreach Center. In 2017 the Sacramento Business Journal recognized Allen as one of the region’s Top 40 Under 40 professionals.
